“At 211 degrees, water is hot. At 212 degrees, it boils. And with boiling water, comes steam. And with steam, you can power a train.” S.L. Parker

One degree is the difference between a stationary train or one that can take you anywhere you want to go. Starting counseling might be just that extra degree for you - no train needed! If you have been feeling stuck at the station, I’d love to travel alongside you as we get you to your next destination.
I take a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy and want to meet you where you are with an understanding and non-judgemental helping hand. I believe you are the expert on your life and my role is to support you in creating the change you want to see.
I have experience working with people struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, life changes, grief/loss, trauma, perinatal mental health concerns, and those with religious interests across the lifespan. Additionally, I have a background in neuropsychology, concussions/mTBIs, and chronic neck and back pain. I have familiarity connecting with middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes as well as members of the US Armed Forces.
I hold a masters degree in Behavioral Health Psychology from Carroll University. I have been providing mental health counseling since 2023.
