    I want to help you be the most successful person you can be by helping you create a future with self-acceptance, independence, happiness, and strength. I have experience working with a variety of clientele including adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. I have worked with people who have various mental health difficulties including personality disorders, depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol addiction, and trauma. Additionally, I have experience in helping to enhance self-esteem, build boundaries, increase and explore relationships, identify role changes and development, help with life transitions, and many other underlying issues causing individuals, couples, and families distress within different aspects of their lives.

I believe the best therapeutic experience lies within the therapist-client relationship. Therefore, I offer a variety of therapeutic approaches centering on the needs and personality of each individual client. By using a collaborative approach, I work with clients to build rapport based on trust, understanding, and a non-judgmental stance. 

​I hold a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a substance abuse specialty.  I have been providing mental health and substance abuse counseling since 2012.
