It is not selfish to take care of yourself - it is necessary! My goal is to provide a safe, judgement-free space for you to talk about what is really going on for you. I believe it is important to hold space and take time out of our busy lives to slow down and evaluate how things are going. By figuring out what is working and what isn't working we gain more control over our lives by seeing our choices more clearly. I have a unique way balancing what happened in the past with where we're going in the future.

I have over 20 years of experience working with adults with a variety of life situations: depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma/PTSD, pregnancy/prenatal & post-partum mood disorders, divorce, domestic abuse, family conflicts, relationship issues.... just to name a few.

I enter my therapeutic relationships with a person-centered, strengths based treatment approach and tailor our work together based on your own individual needs and personality.
