“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.” -Paulo Coelho

Welcome! It can be hard to take that first step, and I'm glad you're here!

My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely safe, understood, and free to show up as you are. I believe people heal best when they feel supported and able to be fully themselves.
The therapeutic relationship is at the center of my work, and real trust and authentic connection are where meaningful change happens.

I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and men's mental health. Whether you're processing past experiences, struggling in relationships, navigating a major life change, or simply feeling stuck and disconnected from yourself, you don't have to figure it out alone.

As a former college athlete, I know firsthand what it means to push through hard things, and I bring that understanding of resilience and growth into my work with clients. Many people
become so used to pushing through that it becomes difficult to recognize how much they are actually carrying.

I take a collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Process Therapy (IPP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic and mindfulness-based practices. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy should be shaped around you, your story, and what you actually need.

Whatever brings you in, I'll meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you!

I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and am a Licensed Professional Counselor-In-Training (LPC-IT).
